Adrien Messié loves an Object, and its totemic dimension.

From its conception to the choice of the craftsmen; Adrien Messié designs under his own name and collaborates with brands, private clients, and Maisons d’Editions.

Trained in the creative industries and the world of luxury, Adrien began his creative career with Andrée Putman in 2004 and became the licensing director for the famous studio. There he developed prestigious collaborations with big international brands and refined craftmanship companies, among others: Emeco, La Forge de Laguiol, Nespresso, Christofle, Fermob…

In 2012, he comes up with the concept LE GRAMME, a creative project around wearable or functional objects named after their weight in grams. Precise and minimal in its aesthetics, the concept declines elementary forms in precious metals – gold 750 or silver 925.
Co-founder of the brand, Adrien headed all the creation, from the product to the presentation concept for 7 years. He has built the essential codes and the creative DNA of the brand, still in place today.

At the same time, Adrien co-founded in 2013 the agency H A ï K U, which organizes electronic music events with international famous DJ’s like Dixon Jennifer Cardini, Âme, Bedouin, Adriatique, Rampa, &Me, Adam Port…
H A ï K U provides also global artistic direction for venues and clubs. The last project they have created being Carbone Club, a new underground techno club in the 10th district of Paris, with a minimalistic aesthetic and communication.
H A ï K U also produces in France the events for important music labels such as Innervisions and Keinemusik, or fashion brands.

In 2022, Adrien collaborates with THEOREME EDITIONS the “French Maison d’Edition” created by David Giroire and Jérôme Bazzocchi.
Inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, he designed a warm and friendly dining table sitting up to 8 people but also allows for smaller gatherings thanks to its shape. The «mastered curve» brings to the object, beyond the original form, an almost spiritual poetry.
Then he extruded Fibonacci sequence in 3 dimensions to create a side table which can be used as a stool.
